Machine Mart Nottingham

I ordered a wet and dry vacuum in March from the website, showing as item in stock,I completed the order. Weeks go by so I chase it up to find out the item wasn’t in stock and is on a back order delaying my delivery 2 months. Annoyed it indicated in stock ( when clearly wasn’t ) because I would of ordered somewhere that had them in,this being the reason they say in stock rather than out of stock. It’s clearly the item was never physical stock and is only ordered at point of sale.Cut a long story short this item never got delivered to me after months of chasing, promised calls back which never happened, managers never available to talk to, promised my cheque was being posted first thing as it’s in his hand all made up as I was chasing again 2 weeks later.So for an item I order on 7th March which failed to arrive I finally got a refund 1st December

Absolutely saved the day when it came to a build that I was let down on by another company. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed in time and were so friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Great, staff are always really helpful and friendly!! Been in last couple of times for work clothes, great price and really hard wearing! Cheapest boots lasted me a year too!! Really good.

I will go back to buying from the river in South America" company.This firm looks like it doesn't understand customer services. Items from their shops are overpriced but as you get to see them

Appreciate the help from Mick regarding a few questions related to an item i have been having a few concerns about. Mick cleared everything up and i was satisfied that there was another item in store that can do what i want and more. I ended up finding a great alternative product and will bw looking forward to coming back to purchase. Great welcoming atmosphere and staff was helpful

I purchased a compressor for my business which had the con-rod fail after 8 months. The compressor was rebuilt and returned within 3 days.Staff were extremely helpful and genuinely wanted to help get me get the problem resolved.This is a reminder of why we have real shops with real staff and real customer service. Everyone I dealt with is a credit to the company.You might find items cheaper on line, however it’s worth paying a couple of pounds more and buy from Machine Mart with confidence and assurance. Well done and thank you.

Sold me a machine Absolutely shocking service, ordered machine 8 months ago and still hasn’t been delivered, when calling customer services they just put the phone down, all they want is your money, then you’ll never hear from them again. We do work for the NHS, care homes and multiple charities, all these key services are now being told they have to wait and delay the critical services they provide because we choose machine mart. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.Machine Mart = Lost customers, lost revenue & lost business

Thanks to staff at Nottm store Sat 20 Nov, (should have taken name), my jigsaw blades fit perfectly and cut brilliantly, will buy more. I found it hard to get accessories for my Ryobi 1 plus jigsaw til I used Mart.

Absolute awful company. Called technical department for advise prior to ordering a drier to run on my compressor. Was advised the drier come s with a 3 pin plug ready to use. It did not and now machine mart won't accept the unit back for a refund. Customer service team were rude, patronizing and very unhelpful. Two occasions was promised a call back and this only happened once. AVOID!!!
