West Yorkshire Garage Conversions were superb!I would highly recommend Lee, Glenn and the entire team. They provided a free call out and quote beforehand and were gracious enough to supply us with planning advice, where it might be needed. They measured up the area and quickly supplied us with a quote, which up against other competitors of this nature, could not be beaten for what we required.Due to council planning issues, they were extremely flexible on the start date during which Lee supported and advised us throughout the time before the build even began. Plus, we were updated on new building regulations that would be met when our build began, at no extra cost!During the build, the team were efficient, friendly and accommodating due to the fact of having to work from home. Whoever was on site at the end of the day, would give a summary of work that has been completed as well as what would be completed the following day too. Also they would inform us of who was going to be onsite that day so it helped us get to know the team really well and build up a good rapport. The team always ensured that the area around the build was tidied and hoovered to ensure we could use the space around it.On the occasion a problem occurred, Lee or a member of the team were quick to resolve it on the same day and on one occasion came out late evening to fix a loss of power to our boiler, at no extra cost!The whole build was completed within a couple of weeks to a high, respectable standard. What's more, 3 months after completion, we had the floor fitted and the door would not fit, Lee and Glenn came to the rescue, resized and fitted the door, at no extra cost!A massive thanks to Lee, Glenn and the whole team, we are extremely happy with our new space and we highly recommend.(See pictures for beginning to end)

If you want your garage converted WY garage conversions are the team to hire ! From the offset Lee and his team have been fab.I made initial enquiries to the office regarding our project 18 months ago. It was clear when Sam came out to that appointment, that he knew his stuff ! He was knowledgeable, clear in his communication and above all was not trying to pressure a sale . He gave us a written quotation quickly and although we decided at that point to not go ahead with the conversion, I was impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by everyone .When we decided to go ahead with the project this year, I contacted the office again. Both Sam and Lee came out multiple times to discuss options for the space and answer all the questions we had (and we had lots of them!! )When the build started, we were impressed by the workmanship and speed. Everyone involved in the project was hardworking,punctual, friendly and took real pride in their work . The communication throughout the project from Lee,Glenn and Sam was great . At the start and end of the day we were told what was going to be done that day or the next. Additionally, we were involved in all decisions made and if changes needed to be made Lee was able to offer advice and sort it quickly. At the end of the project, I was delighted with the results and how tidy they left the space.Overall a really positive experience with WY garage conversions and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.Big thank you to Lee and his team !

I can’t recommend WYGC highly enough. The process from start to finish was a breeze, and not to mention quick!Lee has assembled a team of knowledgeable and skilled individuals who took care of the whole process from the build to plumbing & electrical work, plastering and everything in between. The conversion would have taken months had I used individual trades.Communication was great throughout and the team’s flexibility to adapt to anything unforeseen or changes to plan was never an issue. Everyone was hard working, friendly and professional.We now have a useful space that will really make a difference to our house and as a family.

We had a full conversion of our old double garage into a combined utility, pool room and gym - Lee and his team finished the work incredibly quickly always arrived when they said they would and made sure we were aware of progress and any required decisions immediately. There was support and discussion before the build and then on completion they've come back promptly to finish bits off and sort snagging (the floor couldn't be laid to completion initially because the floor supplier measured wrong - Not Lee's fault) - no issues at all and would gladly recommend to anyone looking to get this kind of job done. Very pleased with the results !

From start to finish we have been impressed by Lee and his team. We had 4/5 different companies to come and look at our space and we instantly felt that Lee was the most informed and helpful - he was so thorough without being at all pushy which made the decision for us really! West Yorkshire Garage Conversions handled every aspect of our build, from advising on planning and regs to helping us to plan for future joinery and fireplace fitting. Price wise they were in line with our other quotes but we were beyond happy with what we received - both the finished space and all the extra communication and support. Lee and his team work so incredibly hard - I don’t think we’ve ever had tradespeople that do the hours they do! There was minimal mess and they were brilliant at leaving the space as tidy as they could, inside and out. We would wholeheartedly recommend and we are SO pleased that we decided to go for it and make the most of the space we have.

Lee and the team did a great job with our garage conversion. Communication was great all the way through from quote to build. They were unfailingly punctual, polite and professional - both with us and each other. They clearly enjoy their work, know it inside out and take pride in it - our conversion was completed it to high standards and reg sign off in a week. They even went above and beyond to repair a leaking roof tile discovered during the build.Really pleased with the new garage gym and putting it to good use!

After receiving fantastic customer service from the initial phone call to the appointment and quote, we chose Lee and the team from West Yorkshire Garage Conversions to build our new office/TV room.The team members were all so friendly and a pleasure to have working in the house. After reading all the good reviews we decided to get our garage converted. We had a really good experience with Lee and his team. They were really good and cleaned up after themselves every day. I can't believe how fast and efficient they were. They did an amazing job and are perfectionists. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
