After being with this medical practice since birth, i was removed from their system without any notification and was only informed after calling to book an appointment. their phone system is very poor. the receptionist is very cheeky and quite unhelpful. talking over with information that she was guessing was relevant to my query. It wasn't, which lengthened the phone call because i has to explain my situation multiple times in between being interrupted. Now to be able to register as a patient i have to book 2 separate times off of work to go in person to pick up a paper form. in this current time of technological advances this is just old school and needs to be updated. Aim for better. poor, poor, practice. find somewhere else.

Had a student nurse take my blood today and honestly she was brilliant, unfortunately can't remember her name but was better than some of the more senior nurses hardly felt a thing. Well done !
