Fab to find The Crown after a long walk. Friendly welcome and a nice menu with enough choice (including kids options). We had fish and chips on a 2-for-1 deal - great offer. Even had a pot of tea thrown in which was very kind and welcome!Would recommend this charming place and will definitely plan walks around here again soon.

Had a lamb roast which was delicious, meat was cooked to perfection, roast potatoes were crispy and fluffy, service was great and owner was lovely to chat too. Pricing was reasonable as well,

New landlord Tim is very friendly and welcoming, lovely chilled atmosphere. They have a new chef think his name was Jordan, whose roast dinner was absolutely amazing. Well done, highly recommend

There were four of us on Saturday for a birthday lunch. the staff were wonderful, they even made us prawn cocktail and it wasnt on the menu, my friend had the home made pie, which even though she said she was full she kept eating it because it was so lovely. I had the I had the sea bass and it was absolutely beautiful, Chef even came out to ask us how our food was. It was a lovely experience, so thank you very much it meant a lot to us

Really nice pub to get a bite to eat and something to drink. The newly refurbished interior gives it a clean and fresh look. Great sandwiches and really nice wait staff too.
