I recently moved into a lovely new home with my partner. The whole process was made so easy thanks to Ellis and Co. We got a viewing very quickly which was great considering the circumstances with covid. We were showed round by Lynne who was more than helpful. Daisy was also great throughout our move in process, always contactable to answer any questions we had in the lead up to us moving in.

We wouldn’t be in our new family home if it wasn’t for Ellis & Co, the third agent we used to sell our flat during the pandemic.We mainly worked with Sarah (before we found our new home) and Lynn (sales progressing), and both were always personable, helpful and listened well.Lynn especially helped to get our sale and purchase over the line - a long seven month process with lots of complications and fears the chain would break down, but Lynn went above and beyond any other agent or solicitor in the chain to communicate between all parties and support us to be pro-active. I can’t thank her enough for keeping me sane, hopeful and determined to work with her and get our completion. Thank you!

I loved their professionalism and their polite manner in the way they dealt with me and certainly helped make the process as hassle-free as possible. I have been renting a property out through Ellis and Co for nine months now and they have been fantastic. Daisy is excellent at her job, she is always organised and is a pleasure to deal with. If any issues with the property arise they have a great team of tradesmen they work with to fix them. I could not recommend them any more.

I needed a place to rent - and fast, and understandably the market is crazy at the moment so I was concerned but the whole team were very transparent with me and quick. I want to give a mention to Daisy and Caroline firstly but also Tom and Adam. (Ruth and Lynn as well - so friendly when you walk in the office!) The best team in the Kent? Probably. My experience with Ellis and Co was amazing. While we were moving from London to Tonbridge couple of years back, this team worked extremely hard to make our move as smooth as possible. We rented our property with Ellis, stayed with Ellis until we buy our new home, because of they are the best. Every one of this team is professional and friendly. We recently rented a house in Tonbridge, All the staff from Ellis and Co were really helpful and were very accommodating.The property managers Daisy and Caroline were especially helpful and made the whole process a lot easier.

It’s been a fantastic service from start to end!They've helped make what I'm told is usually a stressful process seem easy. This is the first property I have sold, and they explained the full process from the offset so there was no surprises. Tom also recommended a great solicitor so I didn’t have to do much research on this (and they turned out just as great).Tom and his team at Ellis&Co have all been extremely helpful, and kept me updated throughout. But this isn’t even the best bit, my property was marketed and sold within 2 weeks after about 6 viewings. Then within just a couple of months, exchange and completion was done (this time scale was due to buyers side). If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
