Worst nail shop in Woolwich! Had my nails done in this place. Was so disappointed.. If I could give it less than one star I would. I'm now back at the shop getting my nail fixed for the third time and I haven't even had them done for 5 days. The man that did my nails is very rude, he has now said he is not repairing my nail and I have to pay to get my nail fixed when it is his fault it has broken. I think they are using low quality acrylic or he is just very bad at doing his job. I will not be returning and advise anyone to avoid this shop unless you are happy to waste your money and a lot of time.

Honestly I love these nails, the customer service is sooo nice. I forgot the name of the guy who did my nails but he was sooo quick and did them exactly how I’d asked. I will deffo be back! I asked for baby pink powder acrylic nails! They are £30 for medium length. Honestly I think it’s worth it.

Went to get my eyebrows threaded, extremely poor service. The ladies who do eyebrows do not listen or respect your wishes will ruin your brows. Sajel specifically, I asked for one thing and was very specific and careful in explaining, she completely did her own thing and did not even try rectify the fact she had messed up my eyebrows at the end. I do not recommend this shop at all.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! The man that did my nails was extremely rude and unprofessional and would shout at my face and curse at me in his language when all I asked was for him to fix a French tip white line that he did not do properly. I was very patient with him and his customer service was extremely poor. The hygiene of their equipment is also very concerning ! I would highly recommend not coming here. Please save your coins !!

I have been going tbere twice a month for a year. I like it. I'm sad to read all those bad reviews. It's busy at peak times, so? Like everywhere else. The manicure is ok for the price and the team are kind. Yes, there might be a language barrier but they always try to make themselves understood and help. You get what you get for the price you pay, are you expecting the ritz?

Honestly speaking, if I could give a 0 star I would. On the day itself I made my dissatisfaction VERY clear. I called ahead to book in advance like I do with my regular place, I was told to walk in and I was assured I was next - but they were telling multiple people that! Poor time management and customer service has left me with a parking ticket as the time considerably ran over. **pictures attached** what I asked for vs what I got. Picture 3 was what I’d requested - from the colour of the powder on picture 1 & 2 , I just knew this wasn’t being achieved so told the nail tech not to bother with the French tips. Even so - I really liked the spring colour, so was relatively happy. I now have GENUINE concerns around the sterilisation of the equipment, given that my cuticles have not been the same since visiting (picture 1) I’ve never experienced anything like this and will never be going back. I encourage due diligence

They don’t take card payments, don’t say that in advance, no note on the door….

Allin was great, attention to detail and worked quickly. The receptionist was lovely too and made me feel comfortable. Just bear in mind they only take cash. Got gel white tips on my natural nails.
