Really professional service. I was so impressed with Garry's ability to settle my 14 day old baby to achieve beautiful pictures despite her frequent waking!. Completely relaxed, unpressured atmosphere.Very happy customer and love my newborn pictures.

Couldn't have asked for a better newborn photo experience. Garry was very professional and wonderful with both children. He was especially patient and brilliant with our 3 year old and made him feel well involved. I was in awe of the end results and we now have the most beautiful photos to treasure forever. No need to research anywhere else for your newborn shoot this the place. This company is absolutely incredible. From booking the shoot which they went out of there way to fit us in and through to us getting our images these guys were amazing. The customer service for a start is the best I've ever received. Timeless image checks in through text and email before you arrive and then keep you updated through out the process with editing updates of your photos. We even received a personal card through the post congratulating us on the arrival of our son. The viewing session wasn't rushed and we were able to relax, take our time to make a discussion and weren't pressure sold anything at any point. Our experience with timeless image felt very personal and special. One more note I'd like to add is how brilliant Garry is, he's experience, skills and patients all displayed with our son really impressed us and our son wasn't the easiest to deal with on this shoot. 100% will recommend and I'm so glad we chose Timeless Image.

Rose was fantastic and friendly helping us get an appointment and was very understanding when we had to rearrange. Garry was fantastic from start to finish, he was great with our little girl and did a better job at settling her than we do!! His photography, ideas and patience is second to none. We had newborn shoot with Garry, Timeless were great in giving us info leading up to the photoshoot. Once we were in the studio Garry made us feel at ease and was brilliant with our newborn. The reviewing of photos was easy to do & Garry allowed us to choose what suited us best. Would definitely recommend. Thank you the photos are brilliant :)
