We arrived at the restaurant at 12:00 noon that day when we were the only table in the restaurant. The man who took our order was quick and we placed our order quickly. After we finished our starters, we waited for another 20 minutes or so for our main course to be served. A lady who was serving us didn't come to ask if we were done with our appetisers and didn't serve our main course (pizza), but the new guests were served and served promptly! We felt we were being treated differently! We tried to speak up and were stonewalled by the lady saying that's the way it is with appetisers! This left us speechless! We came to dine in such a beautiful place in Cambridge with a beautiful mood and were treated unfairly and coldly! The experience was very bad! The pizza was good though!

They were obviously short staffed, which is totally not their fault and we understand, but nobody mentioned it or said it might take a bit longer than usual. We had to wait to be seated (we had booked) and then ages to actually order our food. We don't mind, just would have been nice to get a heads up! The food was delicious and we were eventually seated in a cosy seat by the window too.

Popped in after going to the ADC Theatre. Friendly service even though it was getting late, so we had a quick bite: garlicky bread balls (1x regular, 1x gluten-free), a gluten-free pizza, and chicken tenders with a delicious tomato sauce. Delightful.

Good located pizza place in city center with range of choices for people with gluten free requirement. Friendly and responsive staff, which makes you stay pleasant. Crystofer is the most positive and caring waiter I've seen here.

Had a pizza making party for my 7 year old's birthday. We had some last minute changes that meant re-organising the entire event to meet our requirements and the staff were very accommodating per our requests. The party was great, the children all enjoyed themselves (and the food!) and all the staff were wonderful in helping make this happen - particularly Josef who was patient and attentive to a group of overexcited kids.

At the time of my visit I've had the impression that the staff was unusually helpful and attentive (more than in other places).But I went there not for the service but rather for a pizza. And this choice of place has turned out to be great! Perhaps I was unusually hungry but it surely was one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life! (100% seriously)

Great and attentive service, freshly-cooked food and authentic Italian cuisine put Pizza Express on my list of must-try restaurants.For their unique starters, the texture of their doughballs al forno complemented the chewy cheese well (and I love that there's some crispy parts as well from the bubbling hot plate).As for mains, the Duo Romana pizza is an excellent deal, the classic combination I got of the Fiorentina and American Jack a terrific balance for first-timers unsure what to try for their first time.But this particular branch I need to give extra praise. The staff were very welcoming and always checked if I needed anything; kudos to their manager as well for being hands-on and helping out when it gets super busy.I wish I could have tried using their app (which comes with freebies for first-time users and promos, plus cashless payments) but since my Google Account is set to the Philippines, the app was deemed incompatible for my phone (which is odd since my hardware is hardly outdated, being a Samsung S20 Plus). Not a dealbreaker, but I would have liked to have tried the service.As for ambience and accommodations, tables are spaced well away from each other and chairs amply comfortable. You can have conversations with friends without worrying about disturbing other diners. Very much has that hole-in-the-wall vibe, which I like immensely.

We had a really nice time tonight. Crys was the nicest and really friendly with the kids. He also offered to take us a picture when he saw i was trying to take a selfie. I think he is really good at his job and i would love to come back! Thank you!!
