Tannenbaum Campsite

Great location, with beautiful scenic walks for all from the campsite.Great hospitality with friendly, patient service. Sharon was especially good in talking the time with our reactive dog. Would highly recommend the on site cafe if your in the area.Hope to come back soonThe Thompsons x

A lovely location with good views. Flat pitches that are well mowed. Fire pits etc can be provided. Some other extra details like an area for children to play and fridge to use. Other facilities like bar are only at weekend. Facilities are simple but very clean and well maintained. Only down side is nowhere for rubbish.

What a truly wonderful place to stay! I only live 10 minutes away but you can hardly believe as it’s like being in another world. It’s a brilliant place to camp either with tent or van. There are even yurts and other places to stay onsite too. The views are simply stunning. Sharon is the perfect host who looks after you so well. She supplies fire pits and wood to buy for an evening fire so you will be extra cosy. You can buy fabulous coffee in the morning too. In the evening there’s an adorable bar for a few drinks and this weekend there was music on and an outside catering company onsite serving a wonderful array of curry dishes. If you are visiting the area this is the place to stay!

Lovely site if you want somewhere quiet and peaceful surrounded by nature. Lots of little extras, fridge, freezer, even a small bar open weekends (sadly we missed this) Also very safe for kids as there is an area in the middle of the site which is kept for the children to play on.Well worth a visit if you are looking for somewhere in the area.
