I used Apple Property to let my flat, they are honestly the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Everything was taken care of very quickly (took about 2 weeks from engaging Apple Property to finding tenants and signing). The tenants they found have been wonderful, they pay in a timely fashion and have been really accommodating with any issues.The customer service at Apple Property is absolutely excellent, I’ve never had to chase once for anything, all of the team are very polite and professional.I will definitely be using them in the future and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking.

Extremely unprofessional establishment.No notifications sent to me. I called to confirm and they didn't have me booked in on their system.Dave (proprietor) arrived late to the viewing also double booked me with another family.Don't usually comment as I know it's hard to run a business nowadays as most places are short staffed BUT Dave who owns the business seemed to be a lovely individual initially however the execution isn't quite there. Asked me to wait even after calling and confirming my timeslot to view property.I would approach with caution if dealing with anyone at Apple property solution.All the best with your future endeavours.
