Used to go but staff need to think about disabled people so I go to a new boots still having my epilepsy fits. And had remmnoy for two weeks before this big bug came

Take ages to prescribe medication. If you want to call them, good luck! They don't understand how phones work.

Unbelievable, 25 minutes queuing for a prescription, every day it's the same, staff should sort their priorities out and get people served instead of looking through draws pretending to be busy !!!

Small pharmacy, not extensive parking , the roads nearby very narrow and busy, it is ok for someone within walking distances, but not if you drive. As I work in care, had to pick up prescriptions for my clients several times over last few years, service can be slow, and there was several issues with prescription medication. Personally myself I use Boots in Jubilee Cresent and never had any issues with that branch.

Prescriptions never ready even when sent through 2 days prior by GP. Happens regularly, oh maybe I'm just constantly unlucky. Being told to come back later isn't always a possibility.

I came in with a private e prescription and the person in charge(assuming so) James- was not helpful at all. He wouldn't even considering checking the system for e prescription as this was not his normal system that he was trained on. The Doctor Care Anywhere team was on the speaker phone with me and trying to explain to James how to access the prescription but he was saying that because he is not trained, and did not have the authority to log in, he wouldn’t be able to help me. This was very upsetting for me as I was in a lot of pain already and just wanted to get my medication. The team from Doctor Care Anywhere said that they will call them directly to sort the issue, and after 10 min they called me back to say that the staff at Boots is not answering their phone anymore. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND MEAN!! No decency whatsoever, just because you dont know something doesn't mean that you are right to refuse the prescription. I would suggest you train your staff in private e prescriptions as I don’t think they have seen one before and maybe a refresh course on caring for their customers. I went with the same e prescriptions to another local pharmacy and I got my medicine without any issues and disrespectful looks. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

went to collect prescription for my husband from this pharmacy there were 7 staff behind counter milling around they saw me come in but totally ignored me . I waited to see if anyone would come to my assistance but no....I had to speak out to get their attention. absolutely no customer service

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Always happy to have a conversation with you about any concerns you may have and advise. If they don't have it they will advise where you can get it.

Appalling. Queued outside for 20 Minutes. Counted 5 staff but only one serving. Couldn't find prescription that had been forwarded by Doctors 5 hours prior. Finally discovered and then asked to leave whilst dispensed. Staff very abrupt.Another 15 Minute wait. Collected prescription only to find when got home not fully dispensed due to insufficient stock!!. Not mentioned at time of collection with note attached to return following day.
