I didn't call them myself, as i'm young and don't need them yet. But somebody else called them, but I had two gentleman come, and they were very professional, found solutions to problems unrelated to medicine and even showed me all the stuff they use and how they use it, it's very heavy, so they must be strong! I'd recommend them. They're professional

Worked here for nearly 10 years. Good company and nice office. When the toilets work that is!

Once again I have reason to be very grateful to the wonderful people who staff the London Ambulance Service. I have only recently been discharged from Queen’s Hospital after an 8 night stay as an inpatient and would like put on record the grateful thanks of my wife and I to Sam and Tom who responded so quickly on the morning of Thursday the 26th of April following a bad fall I sustained in the bathroom of our home in Collier Row Romford. The area in which I fell was made more untenable because I had diarrhoea and was trapped against the radiator by my walking frame held tight across my arm and could not get up. My head was also gashed and bled profusely together with my lower arm which had the skin ripped from it by my efforts to free myself.Sam & Tom were really great in getting me free, cleaning me up and transporting my wife and I to A&E where it was discovered I had fractured the trapped arm.My wife and I would like to place on record our gratitude and sincere thanks to Sam, Tom and the paramedic, whose name I did not get, who also attended me that morning, we would have been lost without your combined efficient kindness and concern above and beyond your normal duties as it was a painful and embarrassing experience for me which you resolved quickly and calmly.I have now been discharged from Hospital and being ultra careful in the new.situation I find myself in.Thank you so much for all you did for me on that very painful morning.Brian Clay.
