Returned a sweatshirt as it was too big, unfortunately none in stock or online so they gave us a voucher. The customer service is superb, the young shop assistant was friendly, and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us.

Like the clothes but there policy is rubbish ! It's the same like super dry use to be , no refunds , it's either a credit note or a exchange it's just a way of keeping custom within jack wills but I think if some things faulty or you decided against it but still got all tags on and got your receipt you are allowed a refund, so now am stuck with a sodding credit note and not seen anything I like that's wrong !!

Awesome menswear store. Price is high often and this is clearly reflected in the huge increase of sales frequency. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
