SuperbJust received my Tag Heuer 1998 Monaco back from Genesis.Had not used Genesis before so was not sure what to expect, now I have no hesitation to use again.Duncan clearly takes pride in the service he provides and was a pleasure to deal with, keeping me fully informed throughout the process.The watch was serviced, had some case refurbishment and official new parts.Very highly recommended

My Omega Planet Ocean was badly in need of a service/repair.. posted it to Genesis and received it back in a very reasonable time and watch is now running superb..
