Very helpful guy called Reeves - I had an issue and he worked on the weekend to resolve it for me, a real pleasure to deal with - excellent customer service.I go to Dynatex for all my welding gas supplies, they are a great supplier and I would strongly recommend them.

Saw a great deal for the Einhell Impact Driver, but was received DOA! Got in touch with customer service and returned the faulty item. Replacement sent out the same day. Great service and communication throughout! Thanks to Reeves! The new driver has been used heavily already and is absolutely great!, Just as I'd hoped it would be. Great product and service.

Had a problem with a einhell multi tool sent it back then it went to einhell but they wouldnt honour there warranty so dynatex limited has gone out of there way and are replacing it for me at there expense..very good company thanks
