London Eye Bespoke Eyewear

Walked out of Specsavers after trying on loads of glasses with no help from the staff and finding none that suited me. I went to London eye and Kelly found the perfect glasses for me straight away. The service was exceptional, I won’t go anywhere else for my glasses now, could not recommend enough, thank you Kelly!

Offers a great, eclectic choice of really interesting and different eyewear. I needed a new pair of frames and Michelle persuaded me to try some that I would never normally have considered as they were ‘outside my comfort zone’. However I ended up purchasing them and being VERY happy with the outcome. It’s really helpful to have ideas and suggestions from knowledgeable staff who can see you differently to the way you perceive yourself, and gently steer you towards making a wise choice. Thank you!

Love this place - they have such great choices from safe to funky styles! I really like my glasses and my computer glasses were a revelation. They make working with a laptop sooo much easier. The staff are fantastic and friendly and make you feel so welcome. Definitely the best opticians in the area

Fabulous optician’s. Super friendly and professional, with great frames and a great attitude. Kelly and Michelle really do provide a first-class service, and have a keen eye for what suits and what doesn’t. Chloe instantly made me feel relaxed and instilled me with confidence when I saw her for the eye test. London Eye is a cut above all the London opticians that I’ve been to over the last 30 years. Everything they say on the website is true! Thoroughly recommend.

I just love this optician. Some may say 'an optician is an optician surely' but sadly that is not the case. I have a very heavy prescription with astigmatisms and a lazy eye; understanding my needs is quite a feat that has been beyond many an optician's grasp. My regular optician for 20 years became too far to travel as I have got older, so when I found London Eye it was a relief beyond measure. I need an awful long time with the final adjustments and my eyes can behave in peculiar ways. The optometrist, Chloe, is fantastic and just 'got it'. She is so lovely, knowledgeable and patient.The other staff are equally friendly and lovely too and you feel at home from the moment you walk in to what is so far from a clinical environment with its 'boutique' feel - I just love the wallpaper!They can supply any of the high endo lenses and, critically important for me, now have the scanning equipment to keep a check on the health of my retina.An all round superb service...

This was the first time me and the husband have visited London Eye in Newark. The experience was a delight from the start to collecting the glasses today. The staff are warm and friendly, patient and helpful. We had lots of laughs along the way too. We are extremely happy, I can see again and the hubby looks cool.. result, if you're looking for a quality bespoke service give London Eye a try !

London eye have been brilliant at not only providing great eye tests, the service that follows is excellent. My children (young adults) won’t go anywhere else - they love the range of frames available, honest advice and the speed of receiving their glasses. Definitely recommend (and you can have a nice cup of coffee too)!

I have to say I am very impressed with the staff at London Eye Bespoke Eyewear nothing is to much trouble, staff are friend,y and helpful. I’m was not one for glasses but as I got older my eyes were not as sharp as they once was, the staff made you feel at ease from the eye test down to selecting the right frames to suit your face.Currently the owner of 4 pairs and looking at a new frame, great selection.Certainly would recommend London Eye Bespoke Eyewear for merits the customer service with the friendly and helpful staff
