The best jewellers! I came to the store in a bit of a panic as a nasty bug bite had left my ring finger inflamed. The Ozan staff quickly helped me cut it off, allowing my finger to heal. I returned 3 days later when the swelling came down to see if they could fix my existing wedding ring. They kindly remeasured my ring and fixed it in just 2 days! It looks brand new and there’s absolutely no evidence that the ring was ever damaged. I’m so grateful to the chaps at Ozan!!

I went to Ozan Jewellery for a repair as my diamond had fallen out of my ring. I have trust in them as I've used them before and was happy with the service. The crown of the ring had to be replaced as the old one wore away. I collected my ring today and was very pleased with the result, my ring looks brand new, thank you Hasan you've done an amazing job!!

The handle on my Smart watch has been broken for months. I've watched countless YouTube videos to try and fix it and I have not been successful untill I walked into the shop. Hasan was very welcoming, listen to my issue and fixed the handle in seconds. I was left speechless, all free of charge.Excellent costumer service and friendly staff. 10/10 recommended. You will not be dissatisfied.

Amazing staff, amazing repairs! Recently I got my grandad’s necklace repaired and when I received it I noticed the length was shorter than usual. I went back and kindly asked if they had misplaced a piece of it during the process and they were so helpful. They could not find anything and said to come back in a couple of days- I said I would double check in my house. What do you know, I find the missing piece in my home! I ran backand asked for it to be fixed again and they kindly repaired it again for free. Lovely staff, great repairs- will always come here. Thank you!! ❤️

Excellent place. Out of curiosity I decided to venture to Ozan Jewellers and I found exactly what I was looking for, the seller understood what I was looking for immediately and provided me with outstanding customer service, I was very glad! I got a classic gold bracelet that was resized within minutes, and a discount. Will come back for other occasions, this is my new go-to jewellery place.
