Stephanie is amazing. She has got the experience and by detecting what your hair needs (which you may not even realize it at first) she can make a wonderful job. Today was my first day here but I plan to come here on an ongoing basis :)Best haircut I have got here in London so far in 4.5 years

Steph’s is a very unassuming salon opposite Maryland Station and while it doesn’t particularly stand out on the high street Steph’s warmth, customer service and attention to detail are excepcional. She took a very last minute booking (via Treatwell) but never made the appointment feel rushed. She is warm, friendly and takes a lot of pride in her work. No magazines to hand and no coffee/tea on offer but Steph is great company!

My experience at Steph's Hair & Beauty salon was beyond expectations. I had a haircut with Viorica and she did an amazing job. I have very long hair and I can be a tough customer when it comes to cutting my hair, however, Vio has carefully listened to my requests and did exactly as I wanted her to. I highly recommend this place, they are very professional and friendly. I will for sure come back.

I had the full head highlights +wash+haircut+ blow dry.As you can see from the pictures, Steph did an amazing job.Not only that my hair looks incredible, but the entire experience in the salon was absolutely brilliant.She kept on checking on my wellbeing and asked my opinion about every step in the process to make sure that she styles my hair just the way I pictured it to be.And let me tell you, she exceeded my expectations.I recommend the salon 100%.If you don't trust my words, take a look at the pictures. It's worth it!!

I had my hair cut and dyed at Stephs today. After botching my hair with a box dye I needed a quick fix before my holiday. I was really nervous as I didn’t know if it would be possible to get the red/orange colour out of my hair whilst achieving something close to my natural hair colour. The lady who treated me was so lovely ( I sadly didn’t get her name) and was very accommodating of all my requests and questions.I left the salon with exactly what I wanted. I am relieved and so happy with the treatment. I have a new found confidence in myself and am no longer worried about my awful dye job ruining pictures on holiday. Thank you !

Got an underarm and full leg wax here last week and it was awful. I do not recommend. I came here as my usual wax lady was unavailable. The wax used was low quality and did not take off many hairs hence why Lidia had to constantly be waxing over the same place. My underarm still hurts and has boils. My underarm never hurts after wax, never!! There was still hair on my leg after the wax. Lidia had told me to show her where there was still hair on my leg and I kept on showing her as there was still a lot of hair left. I could tell her she was starting to get a bit frustrated (not angry) and wanted to go home as I was the last customer. The customer service was nice, she was very polite. But I can't recommend this place for waxing. I'm still in pain and dissatisfied with service. Lesson learnt, as I paid for what I got, in terms of low price.
