Carol and Maureen couldn’t have been more hospitable and helpful. Incredible water pressure in bath/shower. Lovely beds and towels.. brilliant breakfast. Walking distance from lovely Portstewart town. 10/10

Stayed here at short notice when California Lodge (opposite), let us down.Very helpful and friendly staff, super, spacious, spotlessly clean and comfy room (REALLY comfy pillows!) and lovely food in the restaurant. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Lovely homely place, nice room and furnishings, bathroom plenty big enough. The only downside despite open window and radiator turned off the room was too hot. Staff were brilliant,friendly and the food was good. Traffic noises all day and delivery vehicles early in the morning were annoying which was a shame.

We eat here on a regular basis as the menu suits my health condition. Recently though the service fell well below the usual high standard, far too long between servings and to be offered the sweet menu after the starter without having been given our main meal was very disappointing.

Having stayed here a few times we would highly recommend a visit to anyone staying in the area.Clean rooms and 5 star service.A big thank you to Nicole for going over and beyond in looking after one of our group who is a vegan. She made sure that he was given a choice of food and made everyone welcome. All the team were friendly and helpful.

We frequently stay at The Cromer Halt Inn on our visits to the North Antrim Coast and can highly recommend the hotel. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Well serviced daily and the complimentary hospitality tray of tea/ coffee is always well stocked. Reception staff are friendly, welcoming and happy to assist with any issues. Free parking at the property. Good internet. Excellent varied breakfast each day, with the cooked options ordered and freshly cooked. So they arrive piping hot to the table. In the evening, the hotel Bistro serves varied meals and drinks at very fair prices. Overall a lovely relaxing place to stay and great value. A short drive to the town centre and nearby North Coast areas of scenic beauty.

Went here for a family dinner, three children & six adults. Booked a table at 5pm in the hope of getting kids fed nice and early. Needless to say this didn’t happen… food didn’t arrive until 6pm and all adults were fed first when the waiters could clearly see the children were getting restless.Food was lovely… couldn’t fault it. Service NOT good. Children became very restless and a little fidgety in their seats when the manager came over and pointed out that she had to previously had to replace the covers of the seats due to children jumping on them in a very passive aggressive manner. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to bring to her attention that she had kept them waiting for an hour for their food and offered no colouring pages etc.definitely not a family friendly establishment. I understand what children can be like.. but booking a table at 5pm for this reason didn’t suffice.

Went to the bistro and had a very good time. The service is excellent - attentive, friendly, speedy and accurate. The food is exactly what you would expect from a hotel bistro as far as the options offered and the large scale produced plates. Produce used is of a good quality and everything is served hot on a hot plate.Portions are generous and pricing is more than fair. A really great place to go if you are a traveller in the area or to go to have a feast with the family.Surroundings are spacious, comfortable and clean.I've been going here for years for family get togethers and you should too!
