Scott from J23 events was a pleasure to deal with throughout our planning and on our wedding day at Bix Manor. J23 have an online portal which made it easy to select our “must play” songs on the night (and was also great fun when planning the wedding!). Our guests commented on how much they loved the music, and Scott was really accommodating in sorting out our first dance song request. We also used J23’s Photo mirror which went down a storm on the night.

Scott was kind enough to DJ at our wedding. We had an absolutely amazing time and could not recommend him highly enough!

Booked J23 Events and requested their Magic Mirror for a joint surprise Birthday Party for my Dad and Brother, the lady who came and ran the booth was super lovely and helpful, the mirror looked amazing and all guests loved jumping in with all the props. We have some great photos! Would look to book again for another party in the future. Thanks so much! ☺️

We had a selfie mirror with all the props at our wedding last weekend. It was my husband who wanted to book it, I thought it was just another wedding trend we didn’t need to spend money on. However… I am so glad we did! Scott was brilliant, so patient with our very drunk guests, the props were so much fun, the mirror looked brilliant and everyone had so much fun using it. We couldn’t wait to look at the guest book and laughed along with every photo. We are so glad we booked it! Thank you Scott. We highly recommend.

Very personal and professional experience, really makes you are important and no request is too big or small.My Partner and I chose Scott and J23 events to DJ for our wedding way back in 2019 and we are so glad we did.After an unfortunate start due to unforeseen circumstances, Scott has been the most amazing, courteous and professional person we have both come across. He has been so patient and flexible due to our big day being postponed on two occasions. He is so thoughtful, kind and considerate to every question you ask and responds in timely manner.Scots portal service for booking is nice and straight forward and very easy to navigate. It really helps you keep on top of things like play lists or if you have any queries instead of looking through email chains.He was very punctual on the day and turned up early in the morning to set up before leaving and coming back later on in the evening.The equipment was very modern and our guests loved it all. From the lighting patterns/displays to the shiny disco ball. We both had the giant heart and love letters which so many guests complimented them and had their photos taken. The heart was arguably the talk of the wedding decorations.We were very fortunate to have one of the hottest days of the year for our wedding (16th June) and Scott still dressed very smartly even though we told him he did not need too. Which we thought was a measure of how good he was.Finally, the actual set itself was brilliant. Made our day magical! From the first meeting, Scott was amazing at sorting out the perfect package for us. The Magic Mirror was perfect for our theme and everyone loved it. The DJ mix was amazing, the songs we requested with the extra he added in made it perfect. The best part was the dancing in the clouds, which was timed perfectly with our first dance song Tightrope when they say high in the sky. This added a truly magical effect and made it even better than we could ever have hoped for. Would 100% recommend them to everyone for any event.

Scott was amazing from start to finish. We had to postpone our wedding a whole year due to covid and he was so accommodating moving our magic mirror booking to our new date. The floral frame on the mirror looked lovely and everyone I’ve spoken to enjoyed dressing up and taking some fun photos. The album we got given was full of hilarious photos and I am so pleased we chose a magic mirror from J23events for our wedding! Throughly recommend.

My wife and I chose J23 Events for our Wedding and we are extremely glad we did!!Scott is an absolutely incredible man who helped make our day run so smoothly through not only being our incredible DJ but also our Compere throughout the day! The day ran like clockwork all thanks to Scott!We also had use of some of his equipment such as a white back drop with lights, blue up-lights, the photo booth, light up letters as well as the stunning black light up dance floor and DJ booth. All of these were complimented but especially the dance floor and photo booth!Scott makes you feel incredibly at ease and felt like a family member helping with the day! Nothing was too much trouble and he did so much for us!Thank you so much Scott to you and your wonderful team for making our day so magical! What an amazing evening! We are so grateful to J23 events for providing such incredible entertainment and service for our wedding reception. Before the event Scott was really attentive to our needs, and listened to our requirements. On the evening, Scott was great at engaging our guests with the photo booth and made sure we had a brilliant memory book of the photos. Chris was superb as our DJ, played all the songs we wanted and got people up dancing. We will definitely be in touch for anniversary celebrations and recommend J23 to everyone!

We were lucky to have Scott from J23 as the DJ for our wedding and can’t recommend his services highly enough. From the start he was really helpful always quick to respond to emails and provide help and advice. On the night he was brilliant, played something for everyone, while including all our requests and had the whole crowd on the dance floor all night. Loads of guests said how good the music was! We also had the magic mirror which was a massive hit with the guests. They got print outs of the snaps as favours and Scott emailed us copies of all of the shots a day or so later which was fantastic. We would highly recommend!
