My desktop crashed and locked me out, text Victor on Sunday afternoon, got an immediate reply and a diagnosis in no time. Dropped it off on Monday morning received a text update as to the progress by mid afternoon and a call around tea time saying that the hard drive had been removed my images recovered and saved and the hard drive fixed and replaced with the latest version of windows installed. All done and dusted by the end of the day. Computer now running sweet. A great service at a great price, highly recommend Victor.

Old HP laptop - Battery wasn't charging. Following a couple of previous visits to other laptop mechanics, PC Repair shop were able to identify the problem, ordered an original replacement battery and connecting cable. Great friendly, honest and efficient service. I'll use them again. Thanks.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I had experienced a catastrophic failure of my external hard drive and feared I would lose many years of irreplaceable data. I was lucky enough to find PC Repair Shop. They not only retrieved all my data but were unfailingly courteous, informative, professional, dedicated and extremely capable. They gave me excellent ideas of how to improve my set-up and were a real pleasure to deal with. They came to my house, which was excellent for me as I'm disabled. As well as all this they were very reasonably priced. I cannot sing their praises highly enough.

Very professional service. My laptops operating system failed to load and my wifi adapter wasn't working. Left my laptop with PC Repair Shop and they quickly repaired my laptops operating system and installed a new wireless adapter card. The whole repair was completed very quickly and through out the process I was kept informed of my laptops progress. Highly recommend great service throughout.

I had some issues with my battery and charging adapter for my laptop. Took it to a couple of other places and I didn’t get answer. PC repair shop was friendly and fixed my issue quickly and for a fraction of the price other shops were quoting. Would recommend to others

My 8-year-old computer was very noisy on booting up, running slowly, and kept crashing. PC Repair Shop collected it from me in Fochabers, telephoned and advised me of the problems and the estimated cost, and delivered back a few days later. It's now like a new computer, running quietly, and unbelievably fast. Brilliant!
