Andrew was recommended to me through a friend, and I began seeing him last year. Acupuncture is a treatment I’ve found works well for me and since moving to Bristol I was on the look out for a good therapist. I have found the treatment Andrew provides is very effective for keeping me well and fine tuned! I have dermatitis on my hands and usually becomes inflamed during the winter months. Although not totally removed, I noticed significant reduced symptoms and my hand is are much more comfortable. Since having the treatment I also felt I have more energy even though I have a young child and a business these can be demanding and tiring. Andrew is a patient listener, who takes time to understand me and I get the impression he is very thorough. He approach is kind, gentle and he his knowledge of acupuncture is extensive. He is clearly passionate about what he does to help peoples mental and physical well-being. Highly recommend.

I came across True Fortune Acupuncture while on the hunt for an acupuncturist that could support our fertility journey. We were going through IVF (with a failed transfer) and I had benefited from acupuncture for other health issues in the past so felt confident that the right person could help me.I felt like I was in good hands with Andrew  – he was knowledgeable in the field of acupuncture for fertility, calm, attentive and professional. He made himself available for all the crucial dates around our IVF despite the birth of his daughter,  which I really really appreciate. I should also mention that his space is an oasis of calm – my favourite part was the skylight where I could watch the birds and the clouds, and switch off during each session.I do believe the acupuncture helped with minimising any pregnancy symptoms in the first trimester and helped me manage my anxiety, giving me plenty of time to pinch myself in disbelief of my pregnancy!I really can’t thank Andrew enough and would highly recommend True Fortune Acupuncture.

Andrew has been really professional and supportive in helping me to manage my post covid fatigue. Over the seven months I’ve been having acupuncture, my energy levels have significantly improved enough that I can now return to work after a year off. I now feel my fatigue is at a manageable level and, whilst still a considerable way of my previous baseline, I can now engage in more normal activities that were previously impossible before I started attending acupuncture with Andrew.
