I am extremely appalled at this place. The food was disgusting at the point I had to throw it at the bin. I ordered at 4am thinking the food will be nice. The donner was like rubber at the point where it looked off. The naan bread was also like rubber like it’s been heated up and brought from the super market. No drink was provided with the order and the chicken was so cold and felt like I can’t even describe. We had hair in all three meals at the point where we felt so sick as no hygiene provided. Never order from this takeway again and consider your own health first. This restaurant needs to be closed as soon as possible and officers need to come check.

Worst takeaway ever we had open the food to find hair in all the boxes donner was hard and rubbery and naan was just disgusting never gave a drink with the meal waste of money never ordering from here again

Ordered food on just eat and the order was never received. Tried ringing there was no communication. App said delivered. Be careful when ordering from here late night. If you can't provide then don't accept the order.

Ordered two pizzas. Came late and one of them was burnt. Called the shop and they said it’s not burnt. Bring it in the shop and we’ll see if it’s burnt then you wait and we’ll make you another one. I couldn’t go in freezing cold to the shop so just threw it away. If you want all this hassle then order from them otherwise find another shop

If I could give a 0, then I would. I waited 1.5 hours to be told the delivery driver is refusing to deliver the food to my address because I was in the city centre and have to pick it up from a nearby location even after repeatedly mentioning I am not from Birmingham and I am staying at a hotel. The staff at the shop then try to negotiate with me in where to pick the food up from even though I have paid for a delivery service through Ubereats. They said they can only resolve the problem by cancelling my order which means they haven't resolved the problem, I'm left with no food after 1.5 hours, they don't see that the driver is the problem refusing to do the job he's assign to do. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Aslam alaikum, this restaurants food is always off and when you deliver over the phone it won't come. And on top of that they won't ever make right a wrong so it's on the boycott from now on, can't even rate the food from tonight as it never showed up. Very disgraceful coming from a Muslim establishment

Had a late night stop here at the munch spot and they took my order really well I had chicken strips with fries and chilli sauce and it was very flavorful, fresh, hot and I can't wait to order again.
