This is the second Tattoo removal place I tried due to not being comfortable with the first AND NOW I have just finished my 2nd laser treatment on my tattoo with lovely Nikita at NAAMA. She's made my sessions very comfortable for me and her kind energy will make you feel at ease. The laser pain also isn't that painful compare to the standard ones out there! My experience at NAAMA has been 10/10! After my sister had a terrible experience with tattoo removal somewhere else, I was really scared to have it but I am so glad I found NAAMA! The staff are so friendly and the treatment is great, I’m already seeing a difference after 2 sessions. Big thanks to Verity and Britt who have made me feel so at ease I actually really look forward to coming in for my treatments.

I visited Naama for 5 tattoo removal appointments. I’m leaving a 1 star review for a number of reasons, I didn’t see one person consistently for all treatments, I was always treated by different people, it felt like no one was really tracking my progress. I received scarring on my second appointment by a member of staff who treated me and told me she had only been there one month. There wasn’t a clear process of treatment for the 5 appointments, it seemed like I got whatever strength of laser the lady treating me felt like I needed. This meant I couldn’t see much difference in tattoo removal from the 5 treatment. This was also evident as sometimes after treatment I was left with blistering for a week afterwards, other times I had hardly any blistering, which is shocking seeing as it’s around £150 for each treatment. Finally, they added a £50 removal cream on top of my bill automatically, which as being quite nervous for my first treatment I didn’t realise the cream is the same as Vaseline.

I went to NAAMA for the removal of a tattoo that went wrong, with sessions paid for by the tattoo studio. The staff at NAAMA made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, which was especially helpful as the original tattoo experience had been so scary and awful. I was given really clear outlines of how the treatment would proceed and what I could expect. It was really helpful that I was sent email confirmations of appointments, after-care follow ups, and appointment reminders. On the times that I needed to reschedule, NAAMA was very accommodating, and they have a variety of timeslots including late evenings which is great if you are at work during the day. I'm always offered something to drink, ice packs for my tattoos, and spare dressings. All of the treatments have been straightforward and quick, and the staff are so well-practiced and outgoing that I always felt in safe hands. I can't recommend NAAMA enough if you are considering tattoo removal!

The laser they use is amazing, and it honestly works. My eyebrow tattoos are gone after only 1 session.I went to Naama for eyebrow microblading removal. I have very pale caucasian skin and my tattoos were lots of very fine lines which were very dark brown (nearly black). Before coming to Naama I had 3 saline removal attempts which hardly made any difference, although they did fade the tattoo slightly.I just want to make it clear that my eyebrows were not as bold or filled-in as a lot of microbladed eyebrows I have seen, however the colour was very dark.Yasmin was my practitioner and she did a great job. It was really rather painful, but within ten mins the tattoos were completely gone!! I nearly cried because I was so relieved that they were removed after all the ineffective saline removal attempts.The only downside was that the skin under and around the ink removed was red/darker for quite a long time after treatment. This could be because my skin is very pale. This was not a case of the ink becoming red after laser, this was the skin being irritated from the treatment. It took several months to subside.I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for affordable, quick, effective microblading removal.Thank you so much Naama!

After much research on tattoo removal clinics, I chose to go with NAAMA Studios and I'm glad I made that choice. Not only is the laser technology incredible, but so is the staff. From booking, to reception, to treatment, and aftercare, I've felt comfortable and cared for. The team including photographer Millie, laser tech Alexis, and studio manager Rebecca are welcoming and knowledgeable of their services. NAAMA is a bit on the pricer side, but the excellent customer service and professionalism - they're not pushy sales people! - makes it worth it. Highly recommend for those seeking tattoo removal.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this establishment for a free full standard session, and I must say that my overall experience was a mix of positive and slightly disappointing aspects. The place itself is undoubtedly nice and clean, creating a pleasant ambiance for customers. Encouraged by the positive first impression, I decided to give it a try.Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff, which instantly put me at ease. However, my initial excitement dwindled as the session unfolded. Despite the advertised 30-minute session duration, I was somewhat disheartened to find that the actual treatment time amounted to less than 10 minutes. The majority of the session was consumed by the process of asking questions and signing waivers, which felt like an unnecessary delay in receiving the desired treatment.One aspect that stood out during my visit was the apparent inclination towards upselling various additional services as after care. While I understand the importance of promoting additional offerings, it seemed to overshadow the primary purpose of the session. I believe a more balanced approach, prioritizing the core service, would enhance the overall customer experience.Despite these setbacks, I am willing to give this place another chance in the future when I get some free time. However, it is important to note that, based on my observation, a series of 6 to 10 sessions would likely be required for individuals of average size to achieve the desired results. This factor should be taken into consideration when planning future visits.In conclusion, the establishment boasts an inviting atmosphere and amiable staff, but there are certain areas that could benefit from improvement. While my personal experience fell short of expectations in terms of treatment time and the focus on upselling, I am willing to revisit in the hope of a better outcome due to their highlighted new technology being promising as they’re advertising shows.
