I have worked with BT Design Ltd on numerous housing projects over the last 8 years and I have to say that the accuracy and level of detail on their technical drawings is excellent. Their knowledge of current building regulations takes the stress out of each project and they are always there for me if I have any questions. Highly recommended!!

Having never undertaken anything like this before, Steve has been amazing.He has helped us with our many numerous queries and put us in touch with other good trades as and when we have needed help. I first used Steve at bt design about 5 years ago for plans for an extension etc .being a bricklayer and running a building firm I cannot recommend this company enough .all the designs are done with thought for the constructor and for the best design possible .I've worked with many Arcitect's and always go to Steve as he's a wealth of knowledge and makes the building project the best you will achieve .regards AndrewLove to build & sons

I have been carrying out my own self build extension and Steve has been great. Always there to help and was fantastic at seamlessly getting me through the planning procedure.He has been extremely helpful when I have had any questions and always responded to my calls or emails in prompt manner.I haven’t finished my build yet but have enjoyed working with Steve. He advised a structural engineer and the building inspectors - which have both worked out well.
