Howdens - Dulwich

I will not be going to this store again. 1stly calls never get answered then kirsty needs to go through training and improve her manners. she is very rude and not helpful at all.The store needs a change of staff..

Stuff unprofessional and quite impolite. I wanted to buy a basked that was missed in my unit and they told me to buy the entire unit. There was not possibility to argue why wasn’t possible and easy to replace the unit. I eventually got the basket from Sydenham branch - ref. HYH0010 in case the guy that was there yesterday that refused to help me read the review. Regards

Minus 10 rating if possible .Staff doesn’t respond , incorrect items sent , Missing items in the delivery, pending items not provided despite multiple visits to the store ! Back and forth calls but they don’t care , once you have paid for the main kitchen cost !They make you wait and wait at the door and no one cares about customer service !Wish we never had them as our Kitchen providers !

Great staff great quality

I have never experienced such bad communication and failure to follow up on anything in my life, it’s been a constant battle to try and use their services and give them money. I have finally given up.I was put in touch with Howdens Dulwich branch in September 22 as I want a new kitchen and bathroom in my flat. It took over a month before I got a response to arrange the design appointment, then a month again for the next response. I finally got an appointment at the start of November, then despite constant chasing and promises over the phone that Vinnie the kitchen designer would be in touch within 24 hours (this was promised about 10 times over the phone and emails are unanswered for months now) I still have heard nothing.I am completely put off working with Howdens (this is my first and last experience with them) and regret being put in touch with them as it has put the renovation of my new flat back by months. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service.

Just to advise. I'm in the business more then 15 years. This is the worst branch. Just to make sure when receiving delivery everything is there. Kevin in the branch is best for cheating. Renovations etc

It's truly refreshing to walk into a store, where the staff have great camadereire, immediately walked into the room and felt delighted by the wonderfully happy working atmosphere. A personalised service, effortless. I would definitely recommend this branch, I'm a big believer in customer service 5 stars well deserved. Kristy store manager, Scott, + Luke. thank you guys.

Every time I use the service its has always been an extremely positive experience, the efforts they go to ensure you not only get the best deal but give advice on what best suits your real needs in your every day use .A service I have recommended to my clients and friends alike. Keep it up.

A account was opened in my name but without any identification. I was sent a court summons and a ccj entered in my name by the company even though I have never even walked into any of their shops!!! Obviously don't do any identity checks and just try and charge people for things they have never ordered. Apparently they dropped off to 3 different addresses and got signatures....Obviously not mine and I had to give them my details ( driving license and passport) and then chase them up months later to then be told we now know it wasn't you!!! Disgraceful that's all I can say
