I completed my trauma informed Yoga Nidra training with Beverly and her team, which I highly recommend.Beverly is a kind soul, with lots of knowledge in the area of yoga, nidra and trauma. I learnt a lot and enjoyed my training.Barefoot Body is a great organisation that has the individual at the very heart of its training.
