Who ever the lady that just picked the phone up was was absolutely rude ! She displayed no form of food phone etiquette. Rude and unhelpful. Turning customers away due to health conditions . Disgusting ! Her attitude was extremely unwelcoming and unpleasant ! Not a good representation

The best hairdresser in this town the main man himself GORA has got to be the best hairdresser I have ever known. You really do have the best hairdresser in Birmingham. Not many people know this but HE really is the hairdresser to the the rich, wealthy and famous , such a humble lovable guy. He is such a lovely down to earth guy gives his best all the time and sooo hard to get an appointment with GORA himself. So if u want an excellent experience go check him out. He definitely is a GEM.

Used Gora since my early teens and am now in my mid-forties….have tried others over the years particularly while 140 miles away but have always returned as Gora is simply the best! Such passion, talent and pride goes into his work every time. Feel a million dollars and left with a living work of art on my head. Thank you Gora and can’t wait for my next cut ❤️

Clearly asked for layers: received a blunt bob. Wanted my face framed and hair curled touching my shoulders: received a blunt bob cut an inch above my shoulders.Do not try if you want any form of styling, its an assembly line charging £65.00 to destroy your dreams.
