This store employs people that are barely out of childhood and who are rude, and unhelpful

Been over charged £9.99 and can’t get help to sort this problem. Keep being told to go back to shop . It’s over an hour away

1. Lack of good customer service 2. They domt accept refunds, this very frustrating for some one who had to shop for stuff in a wheel chair. Will not return again. 3. Poor signage with a poster that says down stairs for exchange and refunds" and down stairs says "upstairs for exchange and refunds" for those of us less mobile

Very disappointed with the customer service given by the manager at The Chantry Place branch at Norwich today. I took a pair of shoes to the till that were clearly marked 50% off with an original price of £50. The sale sticker of £25 had been overstamped with £27 which was bad enough , but when I realised I'd been charged £32 I returned to the till to point out their error. I fully expected an apology and a refund of £5 but instead I was told they would refund the £32 as they couldn't let me have them for the price on the box. This may not be illegal but as far as customer service goes I found it appalling. I found the manager patronising and smug and he did nothing for the reputation of Sports Direct. I was so disgusted with his attitude I had a refund and probably won't shop there again.

Always loved sports direct but I think it's even better now it inside House of Fraser, It just feels more spacious and easier to see stuff. Can't knock their prices either, they have a great collection of stuff too.

Trying to buy back to school trainers x 2. Teenage sales assistants who are completely disinterested in selling you anything so their titles are a bit of a joke. Walked out with nothing and will take my business elsewhere. Try getting staff who actually show a bit of interest in helping the customer and you might get some sales.

I went in to sports direct today with my friend to get some Skechers for work.. they didn’t have many pairs to offer but I eventually choose a pair I find the young lad and ask him for the other size 3 and he told me he didn’t have the size 3 he didn’t even look properly so I requested for someone else to help me find the shoe and he took about 10 minutes to go and find someone when they eventually got someone the other guy told me they couldn’t find it either, so about 45 minutes later I was forced to buy a pair I didn’t really want bad customer service from both lads!! Train your staff properly before putting them on shop floor!

I walked in looking for a small shoulder bag, I looked around for maybe 30 seconds, before I was greeted by a smiling employee, he asked if he could help, I explained what I was looking for and he duly directed me to exactly what I wanted. I found a decent converse bag, which is great, it was £17.99 down to £12.99So a fiver off, happy days.I queued for maybe 3 minutes, before a checkout became vacant, then off on my jolly way. All in all, a top notch shopping experience. Good work guys.

I was looking for a pair of trainers I had seen online hoping they had them in store. They had the style but only in light pastel colours whereas I was looking for dark blue. I wanted to avoid having to pay delivery charge.
