Me and my partner chose our wedding rings from Michael Spencer jewellers and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience we've had. My wedding ring was made to fit my engagement ring and couldn't be more perfect. Chris listened to my design ideas and has made the most beautiful ring to compliment my engagement ring. The communication was excellent, Chris was lovely and so friendly and the pieces they create there are amazing. Thank you for being a part of our experience and we can't wait to wear our creations forever!

Amazing !!!! After being let down by two jewellers , one whom we bought the ring from and another who said it couldn't be done Michael Spencer jewellers resized and changed the stone of my engagement ring . It's perfect and was done so quickly . I can't thank them enough for the beautiful job they have done . I will be coming back here again ! Very reasonably priced and very communicative. Brilliant !!!

I had an opal necklace that needed resetting, of great sentimental value. The jewellers here gave me a very fair quote, and had it done within 2 weeks. They gave it a beautiful polish for good measure. The necklace looks brand new, and I couldn’t be more pleased!

I have been going to this jewellers for many years, and I would highly recommend. Excellent customer service and competitive prices. I have had a number of rings resized and new claws fitted. The work I have had done has always been completed to a very high standard and by very friendly professional staff.

I lost my precious Mum in August and I have just had her eternity ring altered to fit my finger. I cannot thank Michael Spencer Jewellers enough for the wonderful job they have done. I was so worried that it would not be possible to make it small enough to fit my finger but they have done an amazing job on it. It means so much to me that I can now wear it. So thank you. I will definitely be using you again.

Michael Spencer Jewellers truly came to our rescue, refitting my engagement (by 5 sizes!) at such short notice. The service was wonderful and the team could see how desperate we were to get the ring resized ASAP, fitting me in and having the ring ready the same day.Well priced, great quality craftsmanship and terrific service. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely love my diamond ring that I had made up. Top quality, stunning work. Excellent service, they spent a long time asking what I would like and I couldn’t be happier. My mum has since taken a piece of jewellery in to be altered. I would highly recommend Michael Spencer Jewellers.
