I had a wonderful experience with a staff member called Riza today at the fresh counter. I always have pleasant experiences here with all the staff but today it felt even better as she went above and beyond

Luxury and first class service. Especially in Tom Ford counter we were served by Karen who listened to our preferences and provided us with a special treat after realising it was our first outing in nearly 2 years.Great service in Dolce & Gabbana counter when my friend treated herself to a Xmas gift box and extremely happy with an unexpected extra 10% discount by joining the Harrods beauty loyalty cards.

Best place to purchase cosmetics and fragrences. I have shopped here a few times now and always find something special.We visited a couple of weeks ago as my wife wanted to get some more Chanel Christalle, which is incredibly hard to find. Unfortunately they were out of stock. The very nice lady on the Chanel counter let us try lots of alternatives, as with a lot of perfume, you need to leave it for 5 or 10 minutes.I wanted a new Penhaligon's fragrence and again another nice lady helped me with my purchase and I purchased The Blazing Mr Sam, very nice. I also got an amazing new fragrence for my wife, which is stunning.Anyhow, I joined Harrods Rewards, got 10% off and some great samples put into my bag. We then visited the Champagne bar, where Champagne is not stupidly expensive and they do a great harrods lager, brewed in Germany. Fabulous shopping experience.

It’s okay, good selection of products, but not the best customer service. Feels like you’re bothering the staff and no one is smiley or friendly

My sister and I got our makeup done from a talented makeup artist Jeyy at Hour Glass counter. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. She is absolutely fantastic and listened to our needs at such a short notice. We have stayed in touch with her for future events. Please check her out. Great experience .

Went to Dior to test and smell some of there new and exclusive fragrances. I was greeted by a very kind person who recommended me some of his favourite scents. Would have 100% purchases them if I had the budget. Definitely worth visiting as they have a great range and helpful staff.

My wife and her friend visited again on 17th October, after enjoying a lovely lunch in the bar the proceeded to purchase various Sisley products.To say the member of staff was helpful is an understatement. They left having had a proper shopping experience. They were delighted with their purchases and equally grateful for the incredible samples they were gifted.Thanks so much to Harrods Beauty MK and the restaurant staff, they will be returning (Again) soon !

We had lots of patient sales people go through a wide range of scents with us. There were a lot of fragrances and brands we had never seen before. A great experience, thanks!

Best ever experience I owe my happiness to Rizza she is simply the best!!I want her to work for me I am so blessed to have met such a helpful member of the team xx an absolute credit to Harrods and I'm used to Knightsbridge and never had so much support buying half the shop!!

Has a lot of designer brands selling make up and perfume there is also a very nice cafe at the back you must try the cakes they are really nice they do meals and alcoholic drinks as well
