Since I have been working for interaction recruitment they have been so helpful very reliable if you have any concerns they can assist you in any way possible such a great team Jan the reaginol manager is very helpful if you have any problems all the people in the office do such an amazing job I highly recommend if you need work weather it's health care or warehouse cleaning or hgv driving please go through this company you get so much work and I so happy with everyone the Department I work in which health and social care the girls in the office for this department they help you in every way possible such an amazing and lovely team

I have known Mike Stannard for over 20 years and have worked through him via agency for many of those years. He has always been professional, honest, up front and friendly. The work that I have received through Mike has always been what I have asked for and has always kept me busy. Mike has a very high level of experience and knowledge in the industry and in 2003, paid for my HGV Class 1. Looking forward to working with again in the future.

I contacted the Mike over the weekend regarding finding some work, and he assured me that once the office opened on the Monday he would get me registered and find me some work.Mike followed through and by 0830 had already started the ball rolling! As soon as I completed my paperwork, I received a call back from Mike within 20 mins informing me that he has found me work starting as early as tomorrow!Absolutely A* class service! I cannot fault this team at all!Thank you for helping me get back into work!

I just talk to someone now. I just ask her to repeat because I didn't understand here words but intentionally she disconnect the call. Very bad behavior.

Mike at Interaction Recruitment, got me a job the day after enquiring.I'm enjoying my work which is not far to commute to and has good rate of pay.

The hourly rate they tell you for each job is not what you'll get but an uplifted rate with various deductions including holiday pay, apprenticeship levy and a fee for processing payroll. So if they tell you £9 per hour it's actually equivalent to minimum wage, £7.50. None of this explained to me during registration, beware.

When I first worked for them Katie was in charge at Norwich and she got me the type of work I wanted driving and only so many days a week,[ I had recently retired]. Everything was great until November 2021 when Katie suddenly she wasn't there, I was phoned on a Saturday by a woman who was very abrupt and dictated what I should do. The driving was now been organised at Milton Keynes to cover Norfolk.Interaction last phoned me in January 2022, and later texeted me for 2 days work at a company who I had worked at before, I presumed I would get more work as holiday had to be taken by the end of March ,but nothing. Yesterday a P45 came via Email very shabby ,good job I didn't rely on Interaction for work. I believe Interaction have lost several contracts since Katie left[ or pushed]
