Having stayed here, I felt it only right to leave a review. This is a very warm and welcoming environment especially when you’re down on your luck. The staff are compassionate and understanding of everyone’s needs and go out of their way to put a smile on your face especially by Micheala and Big Sharon, the domestic girls are also very lovely and do like a laugh and a joke, thank you to all at St Annes

Stayed Feb2016The team were fantastic. Led by manager Mark Obell a very humble caring fellow, I was looked after very well, cared for, as I have a terminal illness, and I had a cooked meal prepared daily.I thank Mark, and his team for there caring nature and a wonderful stay as I got much needed respite there. The residents were no trouble and also helped take my plates away on occasion..Thank you all Jehovah's blessings forvthe wirk you all do for disadvantage and vulnerable of us in society.

I stayed there for 1 year, I've only recently moved on to my own flat. The rooms are clean with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for all of your belongings. Meals are provided twice daily, breakfast is bacon, sausage, beans ect or a continental type and evening meals are varied with pudding and of a good standard . The staff are friendly, helpful and do not judge anyone. They also provide a support worker who will help as little or as much you want, obviously all people are different and some require more help than others. Overall, St Anne's Hostel provides stability and a safe environment for men who have fallen on hard times for whatever reason and gives them a chance to turn things around and get back on with life.

It is a place for homeless males 25 and over .basically supporting homeless people and helps to move them into more settled lives .a dedicated support team out to help. They have independent living facilities next door with 19 flats and an extra rooming facility for shared living on Wyncliff road too.

This place belongs to prospect agency also called the vanguard. They provide very dishonest support for homeless people.their managers and managements are very corrupt.they took lot of money from different ways on top of charging £1006 for a room from people benefits.they created alot of enemy for themself.evicted alot of English people in weekends without giving them any notifications.
