Delivery as arranged and warning of imminent delivery received. Bed taken up difficult stairway very efficiently and placed on bed by two polite and helpful operatives. Wrapping removed and taken away. Great service. No problems.

Truthful updates on delivery. Took a day off of work to take delivery. Got an email at 11.53 on the day to say there was an issue. Wasted a precious holiday day.

A very helpful older gentleman assisted us at this store, what a lovely friendly man. He helped with anything I enquired about. And we ended up buying some furniture that was being sold off; for my son’s 18th birthday room makeover. At every step of the process he was very helpful.
