New storage heaters were installed by a professional and courteous team, however, they were not installed in accordance with manufacturers instructions and the warranty is void. Tried 4 weeks with Profact not answering their phone and then contacted the manufacturer. Heater faulty after only 5 months use and will have to pay for a repair. Contacting Ofgem & Trading Standards.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt withThe insulation process was carried out very professionally and very pleased with it however the boiler service for which I paid was not even done properly it left me with a huge leak which I had to get emergency plumbing in and now with a hole in my ceiling and when I tried to contact them about this they said they can’t do anything .Lack of communication throughout the whole processDo not recommend!!! Stay away!!!

it took a quite a lot of calls and emails, for them to start the work. They done an ok job with the wall insulation. There was some issues with heaters and water started leaking but eventually it was fixed. Things kept on being delayed. The problem is their communication.

Do not use this company! They are absolute fraudsters.We were told that we were eligible for a government grant towards solar panels due to a member of our household receiving disability living allowance. Then they told us we had to make other improvements to the house first in order to be eligible. Whilst carrying out these initial works (which we didn't really want but were rail roaded in to) they left damage ah over our house. Since then we've spent 6 months chasing them to come and fit the solar panels and they just ignore us.Sadly we'll be going to trading standards and ofgem, whilst also now trying to find a credible company to fit solar panels and fix their damage.

It seemed that the team was trying to help but i'm still stuck with the problem which started when they installed new TRVs on my heating system in Jan 2023. I emailed them on couple of ocassions and finally they booked a plumber to come and figure out. Engineer couldnt figure out the problem why the noise is there although i made videos to helpo him understand it. It is constant knocking from when heating comes on in one room. It got really bad to a point we got scared that pipes might burst and had to shut the heating off. I also got manufacturers of the TRV involved so they both can work together to fix it, the last thing i can do is go on a plumbing training and do it myself. I tried contacting them again as had to put the heating on this winter but no luck so far. Hoping to get it sorted.

I approached Profact in Oct 2021 to explore our eligibility of the government eco scheme. We were advised we qualified for cavity wall insulation and help toward a new boiler - great, we thought.Following many conversations and two home visits, we received conflicting information and advice from customer service, the surveyors and the team who came to do our cavity wall insulation. Each time we were told something different and the lack of communication between Profact and their third parties was concerning. Ultimately, this has left us without trust in Profact’s capability to complete the works and we withdrew from the process.Also something to mention; I found it very difficult to reach Profact on many occasions. Quite a few of my emails have not been replied to, I have tried to call to no avail regardless of the department option I choose, I have left voicemails which have not been returned and I have been promised call backs which I have never received.I am currently waiting for Profact to give me a date of when they will return to fill and render the hole left in the front of my property following their initial survey back in November 2021.

The energy efficiency people they subcontracted to us were great. When it came to actually fitting the promised boiler they never answered any calls or responded to my emails. I have not had a new boiler fitted to date. I am going to contact trading standards.

Unprofessional company don't use it I've got internal wall insulation they insulated around the windows and after finishing couldn't put the blinds back on as they wouldn't fit also they didn't replace window sills, Aaron asked me to get a blinds company to give me quote to fix the blinds and the company will pay however It ended up costing me around £600 out of my pocket profact are not willing to pay on the final day they rushed to finish the job as they had another job booked for next day and worked till 10pm my children couldn't sleep
