I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. The Vodafone fast SIM. I should have seen the warning signs when he tried to convince me to take the slower one, 'its what I have and it's plenty fast'. Unless you know my requirements you should not be making any accumulations about how fast I need my internet.Messed about for 30 mins as he tapped away like a madman. Asked for my address 4 times and and I grew impatient and walked out. When to the one down the road in currys and they sorted it all in 15minutes. During this time they had to correct two previous addresses, telephone number, puk code and bank details. This store got nothing right.I know people have to learn but with the manager walking arround the store oblivious it's not right I am the test subject.

Brilliant customer service. Employee SIL was particularly excellent and very helpful in getting me the best deal.

This place is a real shambles, and beggers belief they get any trade. Was served by too young guys, who I must say was polite at all times, but didn't know their products. I had to Google the information in store to get any answers, because between Mr 'I don't know' to every question and Mr 'I haven't a clue but I'll blag it' we got nowhere, so Google had to do their job for them.Ended up at curry's carphone warehouse down the road, who considering would probably get the same training, was more knowledgeable in all aspects of products networks etc.

Can not comment on the knowledge or skill of the staff as I had my new phone delivered there for me to collect so all the hard work was done by me but........information given in the morning contradicted itself about the delivery times and then tried to ring later on that afternoon - no one answers - then you check your bill and MY GOD how much has it cost me to listen to a recorded message - and I tried ringing 4 times. Honestly don't waste your time ringing, go in and speak to them face to face.

I needed this Carphone Warehouse recently to help me with a problem that their sister (PC World) had created!Although the manager didn't know immediately how to solve the problem...he tried and tried until he DID find an answer!I was very impressed with him....Jes....in particular and with Chi who also had some knowledgeable input!I liked this store and would visit again....and recommend you try it!

Went to upgrade and waited an hour to get served. Lovely young girl seved me. she didn't have to look for a phone as i knew what i wanted but she was good and efficient and competent and set up the phone. Lovely you would think. No because when i went back 3 weeks later there was another girl who didn't know how to smile never mind serve. Didn't even want to touch the phone never mind trying to see if she could help. Really bad.didn't want to engage with me at all. Eventually sent me to bromley branch who straight away replaced my phone without any problems. I would never recommend this branch and shall actively discourage people from going in.

Carphone Warehouse is always a good place to shop they recently updated there opening times mon-fri they open from 9:30-19:00, sat 9:00-19:00 and sun 11:00-17:00.
