Great Homer Street Medical Centre
This is the best Doctor surgery I've ever been to. Yes sometimes you have to wait on the phone and getting appointments isn't always the easiest, but that's the same with the NHS anywhere you go - blame the government not the doctors. I've called many a time, and if I can't get an appointment I've had a call from the doctor to go through things over the phone. They always try their best and care about their patients.

Great Homer Street Medical Centre
Saw Dr Mason for the first time, recently and he is a great addition to the practice.I had an initial telephone appointment, but after hearing my symptoms Dr Mason invited me in for an examination THAT DAY -- at the end of booked appointments.Very shortly afterwards I had my gastroscopy and currently waiting for colonoscopy.Also, I find ALL the receptionists and Nurses really, really friendly and excellent at their jobs!

No problem with doctors, but the receptionists don't listen, think they run the place, don't send things to the doctors and are rude, they need to know their job because right now they think they own the place

Very poor service, tried to book an appointment for my wife but call handler just point her towards going straight to pharmacist not listening that she has complex medical history and requires to be assess by GP first, pharmacist would not want to do anything the moment they learned about her medical condition, and advised to back to GP but again surgery just rudely say all appointments are booked and they can’t do anythingg

Great Homer Street Medical Centre
Tried calling over 100 times this morning for an appointment for my ten year old child. First time I called I got the pre-recorded message, called back literally seconds later and it was engaged, Engaged for over half an hour occasionally getting the pre-recorded message telling me the opening times.I understand that it's busy but this is every single time I call for an appointment now.I'm going to be changing doctors as I'm now sat in a very busy waiting room in a walk in centre with a very poorly child!.

Most compassionate and unjudgemental GP out there came to him 20 years ago with serious drug issues which other GPs in merseyside would not touch with a barge poll , righteous man though never ever self righteous , not seen or spoke to him in 20years , hope to try and catch up with him this week , will leave my details with reception , so I can really let him know how grateful I am for his help and support at the most difficult time in my life

Great Homer Street Medical Centre
As a family we have moved to this Practice. The practice was recommended to us by more than 1 person we have been here about a month now and I can honestly say we are impressed so far. We have had a lovely welcome and my special needs son has already been and had a check up something our previous surgery overlooked with him! Option to ring up for an appointment twice a day previous surgery was once at 8am an that was it. Very pleased with transition and the practice.
