My name is Mary.I started Mindfulness sessions with Fiona a few years ago to learn more and to practice in a shared environment. Mindfulness has many benefits. It develops calmness, compassion and self- care. I look forward to the weekly Zoom sessions with Fiona as she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and the guided practice is calming and beneficial. I have just finished 18 weeks of the mindfulness course with Fiona. I had been to a taster session previously and had never experienced relaxation like it.After suffering from anxiety after an injury, I decided to try Fiona’s mindfulness class.I have learned to let go of stress and practice being in the moment. It’s amazing how slowing down has helped manage this modern world. I am sleeping better and generally feel happier as a result.I cannot recommend Fiona highly enough. She talks the talk but walks the walk. She is genuinely committed to this practice and wants to help everyone!Every single person will benefit from attending. No doubt at all. I will definitely be back for more.

I have been practicing mindfulness with Fiona for a couple of years now and it has been a real help and comfort during some difficult times. The group sessions are supportive and welcoming to both longstanding and new members. I find the Tuesday evening meditations a welcome break from life's stressors and demands.I have learned a lot about managing anxiety symptoms and also how to get more enjoyment day to day by focusing on being in the present moment more often.I would highly recommend this group.

Fiona’s online evening class really helps me after a long, often stressful, working day. It gives me a reason to make space for ‘me’, offers me space to reflect, and reminds me how to take a step back and ‘pause’. I love being greeted by Fiona’s positive energy, passion to support others and her clear in-depth knowledge around mindfulness and how our minds work. She offers support on specific topics without the pressure for me to speak or feel exposed, having the option for my camera to be on or off. The meditation to music at the end relaxes me in a way that I otherwise find hard to do at the moment. Fiona’s virtual classes keep me going right now. Thank you Fiona!

I have been attending the online evening class for over two years now. At first I was sceptical of how it would work as a virtual group, but it actually works surprisingly well and allows me to practice mindfulness from the comfort of my own home. Fiona is knowledgeable, positive, and passionate in her desire to offer support to the group . I can highly recommend Fiona to anyone who is thinking of giving mindfulness a go.

Fiona Watson is a Mindfulness guru, although she’s far too modest to accept the compliment. From my very first taster session over three years ago when I began my Mindfulness journey I have experienced some really positive changes in all aspects of my life. Fiona has her own very unique way of cascading the content of her sessions and has an incredible passion for her subject. Each session covers a different topic, e.g. Forgiveness, Gratitude, Pain, Managing Stress, etc and finishes with a wonderful time of relaxation. Fiona's sessions have made me think very differently about all aspects of my life and the people in it. As a result I feel a serene sense of calm and have just returned to Fiona’s sessions, this time with my daughter. We have both benefitted significantly. Both of us are a lot happier, relaxed and able to cope with whatever challenges life decides to bring our way. I would absolutely highly recommend Fiona's Blue Sky Green Tree Mindfulness course to everyone. I had never practiced Mindfulness before and have been beautifully enlightened. Fiona is also one of the most honest and genuine people you could ever wish to meet.

I have been attending Fiona's mindfulness classes for well over a year now and I have to say they have totally changed the way I look at stress and anxiety. I now know I have tools to use when these feelings arise and no longer feel overwhelmed by them. Fiona is an amazing, engaging and knowledgeable teacher who is really passionate about what she does. I would definitely recommend her classes.

Fiona Watson Mindfulness
I have had previous experience of being helped to practice Mindfulness and know how beneficial it can be. However, it is not really something you learn and then go away and just get on with - in my experience Mindfulness requires regular attention and refreshment. I knew I needed guidance again but was initially wary - it’s so important to feel comfortable and cared for while you are practicing. I have just completed six sessions with Fiona and really I couldn’t recommend it more. We were a small group but I quickly felt an attachment to each person. Fiona gently led us all and radiated a calm and loving warmth. Each session was followed up with Mindfulness tips and techniques which were really useful. I now feel better and stronger and I will be rejoining Fiona in the Spring to continue practicing. Do not hesitate to join these classes.

Fiona Watson Mindfulness
I started attending Fiona's Mindfulness sessions a few years ago following a taster session, as I was keen to find out more. I'm glad I did, as it helps me to focus on the here and now, rather than everything that's going round and round in my head! I also enjoy learning the science behind what we do and find it really interesting. Fiona is very engaging and enthusiastic and it feels like she can tune into how I'm feeling with the topics discussed each week. The meditation at the end helps me to have some time just for me and to actually relax! I would definitely recommend attending these classes. Thank you Fiona.
