Very disappointed. Not only I've done everything by myself, now I'm being chased to give my work contract so the advisor can take the credit. Every time I needed help, he was busy and in a meeting" coincidently. Worse thing is that I've sent my personal documents three times and they still said they're having issues with their IT which was happening from day one. TH should recruit people that really care about helping people as this service feels like a ticking the boxes sort of thing."

The work path center is good if you need help getting a job, the receptionists are the nicest people around but make sure you choose your counselors properly! AVOID counselors like Abdul Kadir as he canceled my scheduled appointment nearly 3 times and when I went to go see him he was clearly of no help at all! He assumed I was from an IT background because I work in advertising and is downright unhelpful when it comes to asking for help in temporary positions. For a job counselor who is supposed to be optimistic and helpful he was the most negative and pessimistic counselor ever! I never reached the lowest point in my career when someone tells me a temp retail job isn't meant for me when I have worked in bloody fast paced industry of digital advertising which requires critical thinking and decision making. WORD OF ADVICE: If you are unhappy with who they assign you as your counselor initially call them up and make sure to change them to someone else based on the level of your preference. The last thing I need is a Bangladeshi work path counselor questioning me on why did I leave my home country to come to London (yes, he actually asked me this!) If they gave you a non British counselor be prompt and ask them for a home grown Work Path counselor not being racist it's just that my counselor felt like he knew too much and treated me like some helpless imbecile begging to collect unemployed benefits when he got ZERO knowledge about industries he hasn't got a clue of!

I am Rita and I am so glad to start a placement in New administrative role (so far only for sales assistant), for me it was really important to be involved in a programme offered to me like Women in Health and Social Care from this Job Centre ; I have an amazing support in particular by Selina thanks so much she has a big patience with me, every time I felt down she was so nice and supportive but I can't complaint with other staff members, they are kind and friendly. I reccomend 100% this Job Centre!!!!

I met with Mumina and a guy that I can't name said that she is good, but personally It was a reuse and I met with her today and i feel like she is not an easy person to get to know as an advisor. To be honest, I was absolutely fuming that she is going to be my advisor and guidance officer, my god I need days or months to get used to her. This is why I didn't want to come to this place, because wherever I tried to call them they are always say that our office liens is engaged, and our office hours was 9 to 5. Just disgrace absolute disgraceful.

Thank you Shepu for helping me build my confidence and getting me the help I need to get my job as a Midday Meals Supervisor. I couldn't have done it without you and all the help. I'm happy I came to Work Path.

Work path have always tried their best to help me find a job especially Abdul kadir. He has been amazing help. I had no experience in working in schools but with his help and support and knowledge in the field I managed to get a job in a Secondary school. He showed me how to write my personal statement in a way that showed that I have certain transferable skills that I can use in this job although i have no experience in it.He gave me the motivation and confidence boost that I needed. Before that I always believed I was not good enough and wouldnt even attempt to apply for certain jobs. With his encouragement I applied for this role and I got it. This job then opened up many opportunities for me. Thank you Abdul. You are a genius! And thank you Work path for helping people in Tower hamlets! I would strongly recommend people to go there and give it a try. U never know it might work out for u.

This place is so useless and the staffs are so useless and rude too. I feel like I’m overrating this place by giving it 1 star, if I could I would give it zero stars. I don’t know why the council is waisting money by keeping this place open

I can’t agree with other comments but I can agree with the fact I’ve received an exceptional customer service from Jillian. She went extra mile to help me get my first aid level 3 and sia training course to happen. She understood the importance of getting me into the training. I appreciate everything Jillian has done for me.Thank you.

Rubbish place, serves no purpose and is feeding off the council for no reason. Advisor says they will deal with it so they can brush you off and not have to deal with you, only to never call you again or update you as to what is going on. They are always “waiting on funds” to provide courses such as first aid and never actually doing any. Do NOT rely on them to find you a job, you will end up wasting time and money. Always ask you to come in person for such pointless questions which could’ve been discussed over the phone.
