Greggs

Don't know why this Greg's accepts orders on ubereats. They can barely organise the food and things often come missing. This is the only store where I've had several missing items. Shocking

I visit this place every day for the morning coffee and a sandwich. I love the caramel latte here. Today the staff was really rude to me when i ask for which coffee is milkier the flat white or cappuccino and he said i don't know. i bought a flat white and asked him to top it with cream. after receiving the coffee i opened the top to mix it and add sugar there was like a drop of cream in it and even the coffee was not milkier. My point is we are customers, the people who visit your stores daily to start their day with a good coffee spend 5 pounds everyday in your store. so we should be respected. I did not drink that coffee as it was cold, no milk and no cream. it spoiled my morning mood.

Horrible! I am currently inside where I paid extra to eat-in. I ordered 2 chicken bakes and a coke and he rang it up and I paid before being served. Both chicken bakes were stone cold when he handed them to me. I told him they were cold and asked him to heat them. The reply was…they are not supposed to! I was hungry and accepted them anyway and went to sit. Of the 5 tables that were free, 3 had debris and crumbs, the 4th had crumbs over the banquet seat that left only one usable table. The only positive note - the coke was cold. I won’t be back.

The dirtiest place I've ever seen. Felt unsafe to consume food and beverage in here. I planned to stop and enjoy my food, ended up asking for a take away and immediately left. There was only one soul at the counter to deal with everyone and no cleaners..

Good environment, reasonable price, need vegetarian options in hounslow store

Greggs have improved over the years with their new menus, eg, soup and a savoury item, like meal deals. Enjoyed the winter vegetable soup with a sausage roll.Would recommend trying their meal deals and you can eat in or takeaway.

Gregg's, is Gregg's! Great service at this branch. I usually went in to buy coffees for a few homeless guys out on the street, then noticed their pizza slices, delicious! God knows why they stopped the vegetarian slice pasties?! I really liked those.

Dirty for 9am! No toilet available for customers who are dining in. Poor customer service when asked where the nearest bathroom was. Won't visit here again
