Avoid. Arranged for them to come round to fix my garden gate. Took day off work but they failed to turn up. No explanation for failure to arrive and repeated calls and messages to them ignored. Very unprofessional.

Phil recently built and fitted our gates at the side of our house and they look amazing! Despite difficulty getting supplies due to the current pandemic he still arrived as and when he said and we are made up with the finished result. Would definitely reccomended. Thanks Phil!

Gates were great but had a small problem twelve months on.Left a detailed message but 2 weeks on no response. Can thoroughly recommend quality but no after sales service! What a pity.Finally made contact(don't leave message on land line use mobile)Thank you Phil Will call you again if necessary. There is after sales service!

PG timber gates are absolutely spot on, excellent price, professionally fitted, they even came out and tweaked the gates as they have expanded over time free of charge, fantastic service have recommended to all my friends and family can't recommend this firm enough!

I’d Highly recommend Pg Timber gates. Phil was very attentive he Responded promptly to messages. Turned up when expected and fitted a superb garden gate designed and made to our specification. We couldn’t be happier with the finish. The quality is superb and sets our home off perfectly we found his pricing very reasonable and will be using him again in the future I would definitely recommend him on the basis of my experience. Really pleased with this very sturdy bespoke gate. It's well constructed from high quality materials, is well fitted, and looks good. Competitively priced, high spec product. I will certainly use PG Gates again, and highly recommend them.
