I came here late last month and was informed by a young lad with green hair on what facemasks and hair products I should use on my skin and hair. He was such a delight and put a rather large smile on my face when I walked out of the store! The staff are super friendly and the products I used worked like a dream!I will definitely be coming here again.

Really friendly and approachable staff, can have a nice relaxed chat with some laughs. Products also look top quality and constantly being updated. Overall a really good place, would highly recommend it.

Awesome products, my fave is bed head joyride powder balm. Staff are really helpful. I want to try out some hair colours. The man in the oxford store has a really nice colour which i want to try.

I cannot reccomend capital hair and beauty enough! From my first visit to the shop, all staff are so knowledgable and helpful. I cannot praise the Oxford store manager enough! She is fantastic, so friendly and she really cannot do enough to help you. Im new to the nail business and no question is too silly, she will give honest answers, opinions and recommendations from her years of experience. I will only be buying my nail products from thos store in the future. A friendly, helpful, reliable and honest shop and staff.

A lot of the reviews are fake, by being encouraged by management to make the employees go and ask family and friends to leave fake reviews.The people working there are incredibly rude, and a lot of the stores have no AC, so the stores are sweltering hot in the summer, and seeing the workers basically melting under already stressful conditions...its not surprise theyre so rude to customers.

The best hairdressing and beauty supplier by far. The girls are lovely and helpful and way more knowledgeable than at sally/salon services. Great range and fantastic prices with regular offers.

Not long signed up to Capital but so glad I did! Has a good range of stock, very neat and tidy store with great staff which were welcoming and friendly! Will definitely be going back and will recommend

Very good products, I've used face masks and shampoo and conditioner and love them. Won't be going back to supermarket products. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Through chatting to the young man he recommended some styling products which I now have but haven't tried yet. Can't wait. Loved the sweets bowl on the way out. Nice touch.
