Went into showroom as wanted new bathroom. Waited months and I mean months for a quote. Kept ringing company to be told the person I needed to speak to wasn't available. Kept getting the runaround everytime. Very strange, bizarre company. Would NOT recommend. Total waste of me & my partners time.

Ok I get the message.......After visiting Annadale we arranged for our bathroom to be measured and for a quote.This was done on the 4th September we were told they would post the quote .after waiting 2 weeks and nothing, I rang the office, to be told someone would call me back.no one called me back. I rang a few days later. This time the phone was answered by the gentleman who came to our home.As soon as he realised who I was , he blatantly lied who he was , saying that it was his brother that had measured up our bathroom, and would get him to ring me back.I'm still waiting for the phone call.Very disappointed with the service. I'd appreciate being told the truth. we don't want your business

When they were busy after the first Covid lockdown, I asked them if they could measure my bathroom for a new one. They said yes and said they'd ring to arrange a time and date but they never did. I rang them back to remind them. They lied ag, saying they would ring me and didn't. I went in, left another copy of my phone number, was assured they would ring, and they never did. I would have preferred the truth if they were too busy, rather than the lies.

Andy has been the MOST helpful person - gone above and beyond to help me to find some discontinued tiles! Even going further than he needed to, we are so eternally greatful! Such a wonderful company - the new showroom looks amazing, really good offers and value for money too. Well worth a visit before you visit anywhere else, they will really work so hard to get you what you need at the best price. Thank you so much Andy & the team at Annandale Bathrooms! 100% recommend!

Accommodating with my enquiry regarding overflow replacement or new washer from Blanco, they said they would email them and get back to me, but I'm still waiting a week later! I didn't expect it to take that long especially as emails are instantly received.

Can’t fault the quality & customer service from start to finish. When we visited the show room the we weren’t sure quite what would work in our new bathroom but the lady gave us lots of ideas & worked with us to design a fantastic new bathroom & the quality of the furniture & fittings were second to none - infact our plumber commented on this. The delivery service offered by Annandales was also very efficient.

Complete time wasters. Called in had a chat they arranged to come and view the bathroom to quote it's replacement. Didn't show up, no calls nothing. Scheduled a complete weekend around the visit.

Around about 4 to 5 weeks ago now. We had someone from this place come and measure up kitchen and bathroom. Was told we should have the design and quote through the door in about a week. Nothing.....I emailed about two weeks later asking about it and got a reply saying they would chase it up....again nothing.....very bizarre company. I emailed again and have not heard a thing. I wouldn't waste your time to be honest. What a shame.

Not a great experience!Visited shop and a pleasant lady made a note of our requirements. A visit was arranged on 30th January to do a survey. Guy turned up on time, did survey, made some good suggestions, kept going on about 'plan b'. Said quote would be with us in one to two weeks.It's now nearly 3 weeks and still waiting despite 2 phone calls, the last one a young man said somebody would call back and never did.
