Went on a trip with overnight stay including a trip to Liverpool and a hotel stay with B/B and Evening meal and A trip on the Flying Scotsman! It was excellent and would recommend and would definitely use again!

There was so much to love! The tour locations, our tour guide (Lucy), cleanliness of the bus, even the weather was fantastic. Less one star because the bus pick up location wasn't near somewhere with coffee [It's an early pick up], the bus was 30 min late, and so we didn't have time to get coffee [iced] at the rest area. My group wound up going without food until 2:30pm on a day with a lot of walking.

Have just been on a day trip to Liverpool and Albert Docks. Unfortunately on the way the A50 was closed but our driver Laurie really came up trumps finding us a way through to avoid the long queues. We really enjoyed the whole Liverpool and docks area and the journey back was, thank goodness, uneventful. We would highly recommend Roberts Coaches and will certainly do more trips.

I personally really rate Roberts as a tour operator their staff are knowledgeable and friendly.There are toilets, free teas and coffee in their 'departure louge' at their Hugglescote depot, which is a lot nicer than waiting for a coach at a bus station, the car park has plenty of spaces and is safe.If you book for one of their 'Silver' holidays, you get picked up from home and taken to the depot to await your coach.The drivers always stop on the journey for 'comfort' breaks, food, drinks etc, and are always helpful with any problems/queries you may have. There are however toilets on the coaches.I also find their prices very competitive, especially the day trips.

We have used Roberts twice up to now Liam our driver on both occasions was excellent on all counts. Enjoyed them so much we have 2 more booked so far for this year the hotels and food have been very good altogether an enjoyable experience

We travelled to Sidmouth last week for a 5 day holiday with Roberts. The holiday was lovely with better weather than we expected.The main thing to make it a success was our lovely driver Laurie. I have mobility problems at present but he was so patient and helpful that I felt slightly less of a nuisance than I was. I would like you to pass on my good wishes and thanks to him for looking after my best interests so well, it definitely made a difference and we hope to be able to travel with the company again in the near future.

A great coach company offering day trips, short stays and holidays. Very friendly family-run business. They really look after their passengers. All the drivers and couriers are very friendly people eager to do their best to give you an enjoyable time. Highly recommended.

Have had 2 day trips now, 1 to Bath and 1 to Whitby. Cant fault the drivers, staff , coaches and destinations. Highly recommend them for trips. Will be booking longer trips next year. Thank you
