So disappointed in my manicure and pedicure. Manicure didn't last even 3days . Have been given a voucher for manicure after making complaint twice.

Today I completed a set of 10 CACI treatment facials. This experience has been fantastic - each time feeling massive improvement to my skin . Therapist Michelle was amazing and very knowledgeable putting me at ease as I have highly sensitive skin. Throughout the process friends have commmented on how well I was looking not knowing I have been undergoing these treatments - the best form of validation that it's working I say. Thoroughly recommend the beauty room, treatment and especially Michelle. Thank you.
