scammers. dont buy from european union. u get customs claim afterwards APPROVED by ZEON ltd (braun and many other brands are being sold) refund still waiting.

Absolute shambles. Sent a watch to have links removed as their service was advertised with the watch I bought, only for them to remove too many links and fit to a size smaller than stipulated. I paid for special delivery which probably made it more expensive than would be locally, they removed three links making the watch far too small, it was lopsided (two on one side, one on the other) fitting to 170 and not 178 as stipulated in the paperwork.When I raised the issue with them and asked why it wasn’t rolled up to 180 if 178 wasn’t possible, they told me I was wrong and they never fit the watch to smaller than the paperwork. They told me I need to send it back at further cost to myself, probably for them to make an even bigger mess and I absolutely do not trust them to rectify the issues, especially as they claim to not have made an error.Well they HAVE and I don’t like being made out to be a liar - especially when they are the ones who’ve made a mess and now I’ll have to find a jeweller to fix it as/when lockdown is finally lifted in three months. I tried the watch again (which is now unwearable and I’ll 100% need to pay a professional jeweller to fix) double-checked the measurements and they are at fault. No apology from them whatsoever and their customer service are rude.I wish I’d never used Zeon, clearly someone on their team doesn’t know what they’re doing and they’ve now made a nice, new Vivienne Westwood watch unwearable. Would suggest avoiding these clowns and go to a local, reputable jeweller. I’ll also be raising to the retailer to suggest they avoid advertising Zeon’s services with purchases.

Per me é stato un servizio ottimale,ho fatto riparare il mio orologio e, dal momento in cui ho chiesto informazioni, durante la spedizione, riparazione e rispedizione, ho trovato persone molto cortesi , all'ascolto e reattive.Il prezzo di riparazione é anche stato anche al di sotto delle mie aspettative.Grazie per l'ottimo servizio ricevutoHo altri orologi Ingersoll e se dovessi averne bisogno non esiterei a chiedere il loro intervento.
