My wife came in here to get some new trainers. Wow we were in there for a good 2 hours. All that said, the staff were extremely helpful and patient.

Management clearly don’t care for staff members. Screaming and shouting at them on a shop floor while customers are in despicable. Really hope they evaluate the situation.

I usually write of JD but they have a good selection of shoes at decent prices. Only down side is that the staff hover over you constantly and the experience of trying on shoes feels very pressured because of it.

Staff aren't very helpful or knowledgeable. I went looking for a specific pair of trainers they said they had in stock to be told by a member of staff. They didn't know what they where and to just buy them online. Jd mays well close all there stores and save thousands on rates and wages

Shop was clean and tidy. Place was being run by a group of youngsters that were more interested in socialising behind the counter than working.

Atmosphere is not much welcoming or friendly. Staff is trying their best to be almost invisible. They're always on their handheld devices, but when I wanted to check the stock of different size the person replied What ever is on display is what we have" so I was wondering what are those devices for?? Didn't get what we wanted
