Absolutely disappointed! “ That’s all what the washing machine can do” this is what I been told. I wouldn’t used this service again and I don’t recommend!!

I took my wool coat in that had only been worn a few times and dry cleaned, but had been packed in storage for a few years due to relocation and needed cleaning and refreshing again. The lady inspected it thoroughly, with a magnifying glass, and told me that unfortunately there was a bit of moth damage, and dry cleaning the coat would make it worse. I was so disappointed! Her daughter kindly suggested that she could put it in the steam machine for me. I was amazed to see how great my coat looked after she took it out and waved her steam machine over it to remove all residual creases inside and out! I am delighted to recommend Cherry Dry Cleaners for not only their kindness (I wasn't charged) but their knowledge, attention to detail and impressive customer service and satisfaction. God Bless!

Went in for dry cleaning of cushion and sofa covers, and I left thoroughly impressed. Exceptionally skilled and personable Mother-Daughter team managing the front. Exceeded expectations with their outstanding customer service, cleaning and reasonable pricing! Highly recommended.

I brought my new shirt to be cleaned and pressed in preparation for my wedding day. When I picked up the shirt I noticed that the arms hadn't been pressed (A touch of OCD on my behalf). However, when I called up I was immediately offered to bring the shirt in to be re-ironed. The level of care and attention to detail was far more than I expected and I am really pleased to have my wedding shirt looking perfect for the big day. There are very few businesses that still value customers in this way and it was truly refreshing to experience such great customer service.

Excellent service. The ladies l spoke to were really friendly and even advised me on how wash the dress myself. They did a great job getting stains out of an evening dress.

I would like to make it clear in response to the owner that a re-clean was never offered. My husband was asked to wait 10-15 minutes as it was not yet pressed. On pointing out the marks he was told it was the best that could be done. Yes, this is an old favourite but usually comes up very well indeed.Would not recommend. I had a white jacket dry cleaned here before and it came back beautifully clean. I took the same jacket in and collected it yesterday and even the most common of general wear marks around the inside cuffs are still there. There are marks on the jacket that I didn't even notice before I took it in. It wasn't even ready for collection on the agreed date, despite them asking me to give them 4 days to do it. My husband had to wait in the car park whilst it was finished. A waste of £10 - very disappointing.

Fabulous service getting a feather duvet washed. Great value for money too!

Very friendly family-run business and I've been happy with the service and dry cleaning each time I've visited. It does feel a little cramped when you enter, especially if there are a couple people waiting to be served.
