Nice location! Cashier was a very kind and pleasant man. It was indeed a great service. The artist who creates the drinks is polite and do care for the customers. The coffee and deserts were fresh. A busy place. Smiles and Joy will cheer up the team. They try their best to serve their customers. You guys are awesome. Thank you, Team.

The staff try really hard on the whole but they're are never enough of them. The other problem is FLIES! They are all over the cakes that aren't covered and it is really gross! I never notice them because I'm long sighted, but my daughter points them out and when I put my glasses on, I'm horrified how many there are! I've had this complaint about another Costas but they never address the issue. They need a sliding door or covers, to try and keep the flies off the chocolate tiffins. It's disgusting!

At arrival it was very busy, but there was seats available and the service was brilliant. The staff were friendly and efficient and made sure they got everything correct, by multiple checks. Very enjoyable experience today :)

Excellent service and great food selection (though the food is overpriced for what it is). The staff at Hornchurch Costa are always polite, friendly, accommodating and very welcoming. The atmosphere is mostly good, it could only be improved with the music being slightly louder so everyone can hear it properly. Overall; a good Costa!

Very sad, I was buying an irn bru, a very Scottish drink, so I decided to pay with the a Scottish £5 note, it’s very fitting, and is still a £5 sterling, but they didn’t accept it. Overall bad service, no smiles or anything, bad mood

Friendly staff, very clean, nice atmosphere. The only fault I can say is the door needs to open both ways or electric door needed so it is easier to get out with your hands full . Other than that is very good.
