After locking myself out, I rang Steve and he came out within 20 mins at around 10:30pm. He opened the door within seconds. Lovely bloke, can’t thank you enough! In the nicest way possible i hope i don't see you anytime soon but you will be on speed dial.

Called Stephen at 6.30am because we were unable to unlock our front door.He arrived within 20 minutes. Before he even started he explained the possible costs involved and asked if we were happy to go ahead. So no nasty shock after.Stephen fixed the problem and he also did a little maintenance on the door . All the time he explained what and why he was doing things.Very efficient and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Stephen as not only has he sorted the most troubled door in the world for us but he was blimmin lovely too!We'd been having issues with this lock since February and have had a few handy men look at it (although they turned out to be not so handy!)We called Stephen and he gave great honest advice over the phone.He came to see us on a very hot Sunday afternoon and we ended up having ice cream & great chat and laughs together whilst he fixed our door.Thanks so much Stephen I'm so glad we found you :)
